Park at Atlantic Aviation or Signature; crew/passengers processed plane-side; FBO may transport to FIS if needed.

• The aircraft should park at either FBO (Atlantic Aviation or Signature).
• Midway does not have a General Aviation Facility (GAF).
• Crew and Passengers will be processed plane-side.
• FBO personnel will transport passengers that require additional processing to the FIS.
• A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.
• Be prepared to present your passports, visas (Foreign Citizens), pilot license, medical certificates, aircraft registration, and CBP user fee decal information.

• Inspection services for the entrance/ arrival of aircraft at Midway International Airport are generally available 7 days per week, 0800-2400 in accordance with the port's permission to land procedures. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.
• It is recommended that you give CBP Midway as much advance notice as possible before arrival.
• Advise CBP in advance if you are transporting live, animals, weapons, hunting trophies, or commercial imports.

Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact the CBP port to re-secure permission to land.
