Park on ramp at the FIS on the east side of the terminal; officer will meet the aircraft.
Secure permission to land at least 1 hour before arrival (±30 minutes).
Inspection Process
- Aircraft should park on the ramp at the FIS located on the east side of the terminal.
- An officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection process.
- All passengers and crew will be processed inside the FIS.
- Please be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot's license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal.

Permission to Land
Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least one hour in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KOLS. Due to facility capacity and ground handling capabilities, this location can service aircraft with a maximum passenger count of 20. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact the CBP port to re-secure permission to land.

- If the flight has hunting rifles on board, please make certain the firearms are unloaded and safe.
- If the flight has animal trophies or game meat on board, please contact the Port of Entry to schedule an Agriculture Specialist to be present for the inspection.
