Unknown- For Tuesday and Wednesday arrivals, permission to land must be secured by the Monday prior by 1630 MST. No flights will be accepted after that time.
- After hours service may be available with advance notification received during duty hours.
- Permission to land during winter ski season must be secured at least one day prior to arrival.

- Diversions: Due to weather or airport closures, proceed to Denver International (KDEN/DEN) as an alternate unless arrangements with another CBP staffed airport have been made.
- Commercial cargo cannot be processed at this airport.
- It is advised to depart early to ensure an on-time arrival. ETA tolerance of +/- 30 minutes and on very busy days, may be tolerance of +/- 15 minutes; otherwise re-approval or alternate arrangements must be made if ETA cannot be honored for any reason. Flights to KEGE are expected to have “full tank of fuel” due to frequent rerouting and diversions. Please have an alternate plan if ETA cannot be honored and/or CBP cannot accommodate due to other prearranged flights. There will not be waiting areas available and there is only 1 taxiway. If there are deviations to these instructions, we will advise accordingly.
