Inspection Process
- Aircraft will block at the CBP ramp located on the west side of the airport.
- The servicing FBO can direct you to the location.
- A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft plane-side.
- All passengers and crew will be cleared inside the CBP GA facility.
- All crew and passengers on board must present valid passports, visas, pilot's license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, user fee decal (or receipt of purchase).
- International garbage will be collected by the servicing FBO.
- After inspection is completed, the aircraft and passengers can depart to their respective FBO facility.

Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly. Permission to Land Procedures Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP directly by telephone only, prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least 12hrs (reg operating hrs) or 24hrs (outside reg operating hrs) in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KLAS. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact the CBP port to re-secure permission to land.
