Presidio Lely International Airport General Aviation Airport Fact Sheet Presidio Lely International Airport (KPRS) Regular Office Hours 24 hrs. per day/7 days per week Central Time (CT) Contact Information (432) 229-1051 CBP Supervisor Desk (432) 229-1036 CBP Presidio Office Hours of Service for Entrance and Clearance Inspection services for the entrance/ arrival of aircraft at Presidio Lely International Airport are generally available seven days per week, 24 hours per day in accordance with the port’s permission to land procedures. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly. Permission to Land Procedures Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least one hour in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KPRS. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes.
