Inspection Process
- Aircraft should park on the ramp at the designated Foreign Arrivals Entrance on AOA.
- The aircraft control tower can direct you in if needed.
- The pilot should make contact with the Airport Operations agent at 340-513-6654 who will meet the aircraft on the ramp and escort all crew and passengers to the FIS.
- All crew and passengers will be processed inside the FIS.
- Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
- Regulated waste/garbage will be collected by CBP from the aircraft crew.
- Passengers can depart directly from the FIS at the conclusion of their inspection
- Regulated garbage (to include unused catering) on the aircraft must be collected by a USDA-approved handler or by CBP.

Permission to Land
Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least an hour in advance of the anticipated arrival time at the Henry E. Rohlsen International Airport. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes.
