• registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate), including luggage and personal items.
• There is USDA compliance agreement in place at this airport for the collection of regulated waste/garbage.

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP directly, during regular office hours, prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least one business day in advance of the anticipated arrival time at Benjamin Rivera Noriega Airport. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes.
