FBO must direct and park the aircraft at the CBP ramp. The airport is currently performing construction in the area of the CBP Ramp. CBP processing will take place at an alternate location. Please follow the direction of the tower upon arrival. Your FBO must be contacted to be available to park the aircraft and transport passengers/crew to the CBP GAF. • A CBP officer will inspect the aircraft and provide further instruction.
• The airport is currently performing construction in the area of the CBP Ramp. CBP processing will take place at an alternate location. Please follow the direction of the tower upon arrival. Your FBO must be contacted to be available to park the aircraft and transport passengers/crew to the CBP GAF.

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP directly, during regular office hours, prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least two hours in advance of the anticipated arrival time at Sioux Falls Regional Airport. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.

• Clearance outside of normal business hours, including weekends, is possible only through communication with the port NO LATER THAN close of business the prior weekday.
• The USDA international compliance contracted FBO is Signature and must be notified prior if their presence is required to avoid delays in completing the inspection process.
