Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.

• Fixed based operators at Hilo International Airport include as follows: Signature can be reached at 808-934-7757, and Atlantic can be reached at 808-961-6601.
• After hours requests need prior approval and those operators without RSP may be directed to HNL for clearance.
