Permission to Land
Pilots or Handlers must secure permission to land by contacting CBP by phone or email during regular business hours, 24 hours in advance of intended arrival. Emergent landing rights circumstances within the 24-hour window may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact the CBP port to re-secure permission to land.
