Inspection Process
- There is no CBP office at this airport; this location is not regularly staffed and is serviced by the CBP Beverly office (regular office hours are 0800-1600 ET).
- Requests for permission to land that fall within normal service hours will be granted in accordance with officer availability.
- Requests for permission to land that fall outside of the normal service hours will be reviewed and authorized on a case-by- case basis.
- Maximum total passenger count for international flight arrivals is 20 passengers.
- The pilot must verbally contact CBP the day prior to confirm intended arrival ETA.
- If the flight is scheduled and granted for an after-hours weekend / holiday arrival the pilot must verbally contact CBP on the last workday prior to the scheduled ETA by 1300 hours to confirm the flight arrival.
- Aircraft will be required to park on the ramp at the FBO; the aircraft control tower can direct you in if needed.
- A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.
- All crew and passengers will be processed on the aircraft.
- Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
- Passengers can depart directly from the FBO at the conclusion of their inspection
