- Aircraft should park on the ramp in front of the CBP facility located on the South Pilot Ramp.
- The airport control tower can direct you if needed.
- A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.
- Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot's license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
- Upon prior advance arrangement only: Regulated waste/garbage will be collected by the FBO after the completion of CBP inspection.

Permission to Land
Request landing rights ≥2 hours prior; park on ramp in front of CBP facility (South Pilot Ramp).
Appointment
Required- After Hours: Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP before the close of business and at least two hours prior to the anticipated arrival time at Spokane International Airport.
- Weekends/Holidays: Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP before the close of business on the last non-holiday weekday prior to the anticipated arrival date at Spokane International Airport.
- During your initial Landing Rights Request call, advise CBP if transporting live animals, weapons, hunting trophies, or commercial imports (including importation of the aircraft itself).
- CBP Officers at this location service multiple airports and must travel to service aircraft arrivals; accurate ETAs and timely updates to ETAs are critical.

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign airport and in accordance with the special procedures below. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact the CBP port to re-secure permission to land.
