Aircraft are met at the approved FBO facilities that have active CBP Compliance agreements. A CBP officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp at the FBO to begin the required inspection. All crew and passengers will be processed at the FBO as directed by the inspecting officer. • Due to limited staffing and other port activities/requirements we can not guarantee timely responses to all emails.
• Email is good for follow up and providing requested information.

• Regulated waste/garbage will be collected by CBP from the aircraft crew.
• Passengers and crew can depart directly from the FBO at the direction of the inspecting officer or upon completion of their inspection.

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP directly, during regular office hours, prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least 24 hours in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KLIT. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.

• CBP Little Rock does not have a designed FIS at the airport.
• Little Rock CBP is not a Class A port and has limited immigration processing capability. Only U.S. Citizens and visa holders that have previously entered the US on said visa may enter at Little Rock.
• No Visa waivers, initial visa entries or special actions can be processed at this location.

Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.
• CBP Little Rock does not have a designed FIS at the airport.
