Aircraft should park at the FBO Signature Aviation “red box” which is clearly marked. A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection. FBO Signature Aviation will collect regulated waste/garbage. Aircraft arriving from Canada are exempt. All cars/valets are not allowed ramp side. • Aircraft should park at the FBO Signature Aviation “red box” which is clearly marked.
• The aircraft tower can direct you in if needed.
• A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.
• All crew and passengers will be processed inside the FIS.
• Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
• FBO Signature Aviation will collect regulated waste/garbage. Aircraft arriving from Canada are exempt.
• All cars/valets are not allowed ramp side.
• Passengers can depart directly from FIS at the conclusion of their inspection.
• Passengers will exit at the front of the building from the FIS.
• Passengers can be picked up in the front of the building.

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least one business day in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KSUS. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 45 minutes.
