All Aircraft must park on the Beaver Lake Aviation FBO Ramp. A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection. Beaver Lake Aviation FBO: 1 (479) 636-9400. Any User Fee Costs will be assessed and collected by Beaver Lake Aviation FBO.

- All Aircraft must park on the Beaver Lake Aviation FBO Ramp.
- A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.
- Regulated Garbage should be kept inside the aircraft until instructed by a CBP Officer.

Permission to Land
Rogers Executive Airport - Carter Field (KROG) is designated as a “user fee airport” [19 CFR 122.1(m);19 CFR 122.15]. Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least 24 hours in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KROG. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 20 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.
