Portland International Airport

Aircraft should park at CBP Ramp located at Atlantic Aviation Facility Air Traffic / Ground can direct Pilots to CBP Ramp. A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp for inspection however do not leave area until CBP Contact FBO for regulated trash services (Atlantic Aviation 503-331-4220)

• Aircraft should park at CBP Ramp located at Atlantic Aviation Facility (unless directed to process at PDX International Terminal).
• Air Traffic / Ground can direct Pilots to CBP Ramp.
• A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp for inspection however do not leave area until CBP officer arrives for inspection.
• Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilots license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP Portland, OR prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least one business day in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KPDX. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.

• CBP Supervisor will repond with approval or denial of permission to land.
• Private/Charter aircraft will land and clear at Atlantic Aviation.
• Contact FBO for regulated trash services (Atlantic Aviation 503-331-4220)
• Private/Charter requests for permission to land are approved based International Commercial Airline arrivals and operations. • Inspection services for the entrance/ arrival of aircraft at Portland International Airport are available by appointment only in accordance with the port's permission to land procedures. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.
• CBP Supervisor will repond with approval or denial of permission to land.
• Private/Charter aircraft will land and clear at Atlantic Aviation.
