• Aircraft should park at the FBO.
• CBP Officer will meet the aircraft planeside.
• All crew and passengers be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration and user fee decal (if appropriate).
• Regulated waste/garbage will be collected from the aircraft crew, by the FBO, upon completion of the inspection.
• Passengers can depart directly from FBO at the conclusion of their inspection.

Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly. Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign port or place and at least one hour in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KABE. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.

• Email or voicemail requests alone will not constitute permission to land.
• Pilots must secure permission to land by speaking with a Lehigh Valley CBP Officer or receiving an approval reply via email.
• The Port Lehigh Valley has limited staffing, after hours and weekend requests will be limited to Officers availability.
