Inspection Process

• Aircraft are cleared at the arrival FBO.
• A CBP Officer will meet the plane on ramp and when feasible will clear all crew and passengers on board the aircraft.
• Please have all documents available to present to officer including crew/personal effects declarations.
• A CBPAS may be on site to review regulated waste/garbage, collection will be handled by the FBO.
• Passengers can depart directly from FBO at the conclusion of their inspection.

• Normal operational hours are M-F, 0800-1515 (flight ETA) please contact our office directly to request service.
• If flight ETA is outside of normal service hours please contact your intended arrival FBO as they will be able to inform you regarding after hours services and make official request for such service.
• After hours & weekend coverage available via Reimbursable Service Program (RSP) with any FBO on site.
• For weekend arrivals please have request to FBO early enough for them to file with CBP before 1200 Friday and have eAPIS filed by 1200 Friday for CBP review.
• M-F 0800-1600 please notify office directly with ETA adjustments.
• After hours & weekend updates please call 1 (800) X-Sector and ask to speak to the Wilmington Delaware duty supervisor. Departure

• Inspection services for the entrance/ arrival of aircraft at New Castle Airport are available Monday-Friday, 0800-1515 ET in accordance with the port's permission to land procedures. After hours see special procedures below. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.

Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside those parameters, Previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.
