All flights must clear at Lubbock Aero East Flight Support (FBO), unless otherwise Regulated Garbage will be handled by the FBO.

• Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot's license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, valid user fee decal (if applicable), and valid overfight exemption (if applicable).
• Regulated Garbage will be handled by the FBO.

Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP prior to departure from the foreign airport and at least one business day in advance of the anticipated arrival time at KLBB. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 15 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.

• Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport (KLBB/LBB) is staffed Monday - Friday from 0830-1700 (CST), excluding Federal holidays.
• For normal weekday after hour flights, landing and departure requests must be received no later than 12:30 PM CST.
• For weekends/holiday flights, all landing and departure requests must be made no later than 12:30 PM CST the Friday prior to the weekend or Thursday of that Friday is a Federal Holiday.
• Advise LBB/CBP in advance if transporting live animals, weapons, hunting trophies, and/or commercial imports.
