- The FIS is not attached to the FBO or main terminal.
- A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.
- All crew and passengers will be processed inside the FIS.
- Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal.
- Regulated waste/garbage will be collected by the FBO under their Compliance agreement from the aircraft crew.
- Passengers can depart directly from FIS at the conclusion of their inspection.

Secure landing permission, then taxi to the CBP inspection area; tower can provide directions.

Unknown- KAFW is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM –5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
- For after hour flights, landing and departure requests must be received no later than 4:30 PM CST.
- For weekend and holiday flights, all landing and departure requests must be made no later than 4:30 PM CST the Friday prior to the weekend or Thursday if that Friday is a holiday.
- For all holiday flights that occur during a weekday holiday (i.e.the holiday falls on a day in the middle of the week whether it be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) all landing and departure requests must be made no later than 4:30 PM CST on the prior regular workday.
- Advise CBP if transporting live animals, weapons, hunting trophies, or commercial imports. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly. Permission to Land Procedures Fort Worth Alliance Airport (KAFW) is designated as a “user fee airport” [19 CFR 122.1(m);19 CFR 122.15].
