  • All permission to land requests must be received between the hours of 0900-1700 ET.
  • CBP Officers travel from the main terminal at CVG to meet general aviation aircraft; accurate ETA's and timely updates to ETA's are critical.
  • Advise CBP if transporting live animals, weapons, hunting trophies, or commercial Imports.
  • Passengers and/or crew cannot be picked up at the Procter & Gamble ramp after processing.
  • Flights will only be processed once aircraft are parked inside the painted red box at the Procter & Gamble ramp.
  • No follow me and no aircraft marshalling services will be provided at the Procter & Gamble ramp.
  • Aircraft must taxi straight into the red box and must make a right turn back out to exit the ramp.
  • If an aircraft becomes disabled at the Procter & Gamble ramp the crew must contact the Lunken Manager of Supervisor of Operations to coordinate relocation to its final parking location. Inspection services for the entrance/
arrival of aircraft at Cincinnati Municipal 
Airport - Lunken Field are generally 
available 7 days per week, 0900-2100 
(EST) in accordance with the port's 
permission to land procedures.
Commercial aircraft operators departing 
the U.S. must obtain an outbound 
clearance by contacting CBP directly. 
Permission to Land Procedures 
Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP  
M-F, 0900-1700 (ET) prior to departure from the foreign
airport  and at least one business day in advance of the
anticipated arrival time at KLUK Airport.
Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30
 
minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, 
previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you 
must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.
