Aircraft should park at the Signature Aviation FBO.

• Aircraft should park at the Signature Aviation FBO.
• CBPO will meet aircraft on ramp for inspection.
• Be prepared to present passports, pilot's license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
• Only Unted States Citizens (USCs), Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs), and Canadian Citizens can be cleared at this location.

• Notification of any changes to ETA or flight cancellations outside of regular office hours of Mon. - Fri., 0800 - 1700 must be accomplished by contacting SECTOR Communications and speaking directly to a CBPO assigned to the Port of Knoxville.
• No one is available at KTYS to receive phone calls or email messages after hours. Failure to follow these procedures may result in denial of permission to land for future flights. • Inspection services for the entrance/ arrival of aircraft at McGhee Tyson Airport are available Monday-Friday, 0830-1630 in accordance with the port's permission to land procedures. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.

Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact CBP to re-secure permission to land.
