Aircraft should park in CBP designated area below the tower. The FIS is not attached to any General Aviation facility or FBO. A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection.

• Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot's license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, user fee decal (if appropriate), and overflight approval (if appropriate).
• Please have regulated garbage pre-bagged to be collected upon arrival.
• Passengers can depart directly from the FIS at the conclusion of their inspection.

Naples Airport is designated as a “user fee airport” [19 CFR 122.1(m);19 CFR 122.15]. Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP no later than two hours prior to intended arrival time at Naples Airport and within regular office hours, Sunday- Saturday, 1030-1900. Holiday hours, 24-hour advance notice is required for all inbound and outbound requests. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 15 minutes. If your ETA deviates outside these parameters, previously granted permission(s) are invalid and you must contact the CBP port to re-secure permission to land.

• Inspection services for the entrance/ arrival of aircraft at Naples Airport are available 7 days per week, 1100-1830 in accordance with the port's permission to land procedures. Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.
