CBP General Arrivals Facility (GAF)
Aircraft park inside the red box at the GAF ramp.
Advise tower for CBP; proceed to GAF ramp and park inside the red box.
Permission to land required 24 hours prior via email, followed by a confirming phone call.
Inspection Process
- Upon landing inform the FAA tower of need to clear CBP.
- Tower will direct aircraft to the GAF ramp; aircraft to park inside the RED BOX at GAF ramp.
- A CBP officer will arrive at the aircraft to escort occupants inside the GAF.
- All baggage must be brought inside GAF by passengers/crew.
- Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
- Regulated waste/garbage will be collected by CBP from the aircraft crew if no approved ground handler contracted.
- Passengers and crew will be escorted back to the aircraft by CBP personnel.

Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly.
