- A CBP officer will arrive at the aircraft to escort occupants inside the GAF.
- All baggage must be brought inside GAF by passengers/crew.
- Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate).
- Regulated waste/garbage will be collected by CBP from the aircraft crew if no approved ground handler contracted.
- Passengers and crew will be escorted back to the aircraft by CBP personnel.

Permission to Land
Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly. Pilots must secure permission to land by contacting CBP no later than 24 hours prior to the desired arrival at KSFB. Permission to land requests must be submitted electronically at KSFB_GAP@cbp.dhs.gov followed by a phone call to confirm receipt of email. No reservations will be taken telephonically. Permission to land is granted with a tolerance of (+/-) 30 minutes.
